Designing & ordering
How does the design studio work?
Open the studio, choose a bracelet base, add beads and charms from the catalog, set your size, then save your design or add it to your cart. See How to Design for a full walkthrough.
Can I save a design and finish it later?
Yes — designs can be saved and reopened whenever you're ready. You can save without an account on the device you're using; sign in and your saved designs stay with your account so you can reopen them on another device.
Can I order a design from the Gallery?
Absolutely. Browse the Design Gallery, open any design you like, and clone it — order it as-is, or tweak the beads and size first.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods offered through secure Shopify checkout, including major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because bracelets are made to order, changes are time-sensitive. If you need to change or cancel an order, email info@crystafy.com as soon as possible — we can usually help if the piece has not yet entered production.

Are the stones genuine?
Our gemstone beads are cut from natural stone, so each one carries subtle, one-of-a-kind variation. See Materials for the full breakdown.
How durable are the bracelets?
Every bracelet is strung and inspected by hand for everyday wear. A little care goes a long way — see our Jewelry Care guide.
What size should I choose?
Measure your wrist and match it to our Size Guide. If you're between sizes, an elastic style is the most forgiving.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Keep it away from water, heat, perfume, and chemicals, and store it flat. Full guidance is in our Jewelry Care guide.
Shipping & returns
How long does shipping take?
Each bracelet is made to order and processed within 1–3 business days before it ships. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to most countries. See Shipping & Returns for costs, delivery estimates, and duties.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Note that custom, made-to-design bracelets are final sale. Full policy on Shipping & Returns.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
