Shipping & Returns

Every bracelet is made to order, then carefully on its way to you. Here's exactly how shipping works and what to do if something isn't right.

Shipping

Order processing time

Each Crystafy bracelet is made to order and hand-finished before it ships. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days before they leave our studio.

Shipping options & delivery time

Orders ship with tracked standard delivery, with an express option available at checkout where eligible. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed.

Shipping costs

Domestic shipping is free on orders over $50; a flat rate applies to smaller orders. Your final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

International shipping, duties & taxes

We ship internationally to most countries; international rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window & eligibility

If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at info@crystafy.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different design, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Custom & personalized designs

Because each bracelet is made uniquely to your design, custom designs are final sale and can be returned only if they arrive faulty or incorrect. If anything is wrong with a custom piece, reach out — we'll always make it right.
